Mallee Timber & Hardware Mildura Paslode FrameMaster Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Arch Timber and Truss Group Pty Ltd (ABN 45 671 906 399), trading as Mallee Timber & Hardware, 66 Ninth Street, Mildura VIC 3500 (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 27th of July 2026 and closes at 5pm on 31st of August 2026.

Entries received after the promotion closes will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and disqualify an entrant who does not meet these requirements or submits an invalid, incomplete, false or misleading entry.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to receive entries in the giveaway.

Facebook Entry

To receive one Facebook entry, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Like or follow the Mallee Timber & Hardware Facebook page;

2. Like the official Paslode FrameMaster Giveaway post; and

3. Comment on the official giveaway post.

Only one Facebook entry is available per person, regardless of the number of comments made.

Entrants are not required to tag another person, share the post or post anything on their own or another person’s timeline. These actions will not provide additional entries.

In-Store Purchase Entry

An entrant will receive one additional entry when they:

1. Spend $500 or more in a single eligible in-store transaction at Mallee Timber & Hardware, 66 Ninth Street, Mildura, during the Promotion Period; and

2. Provide their full name and valid telephone number or email address on the applicable in-store entry form.

The qualifying spend will be calculated after discounts and excludes freight or delivery charges, gift cards and purchases that are subsequently returned or refunded.

Special-order purchases qualify only when paid in full before the Promotion Period closes.

Only one in-store purchase entry is available per person. A maximum of two entries per person is therefore available: one Facebook entry and one in-store purchase entry.

No purchase is required to receive the Facebook entry.

5. Prize

There is one prize: a Paslode FrameMaster, valued at $1,198.

The stated value is the recommended or ordinary retail value available when the promotion was prepared. The Promoter is not responsible for subsequent changes in the prize’s retail value.

6. Prize Conditions

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The prize must be accepted as awarded.

If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, it may be replaced with a prize of the same or greater value where permitted by law and, where required, with the winner’s written agreement.

7. Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.

The draw will take place at on 1st of September 2026 at Mallee Timber & Hardware, 66 Ninth Street, Mildura VIC 3500.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

8. Winner Notification and Publication

The winner will be notified in writing using Facebook Messenger, email, SMS or the other contact details available to the Promoter.

The winner’s name will be published on the Mallee Timber & Hardware Facebook page and will remain published online for at least 28 days.

By entering, entrants consent to the publication of the winner’s name for this purpose.

9. Prize Collection

The prize must be collected from Mallee Timber & Hardware, 66 Ninth Street, Mildura VIC 3500, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

The Promoter will arrange a suitable collection time with the winner. The prize will be provided to the winner within 28 days after the draw.

The winner may be required to provide proof of identity before collecting the prize.

10. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw

If the winner cannot be identified or contacted after reasonable attempts or is found to be ineligible the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Any redraw will take place at Mallee Timber & Hardware, 66 Ninth Street, Mildura VIC 3500.

The replacement winner will be notified in writing and their name will be published on the Mallee Timber & Hardware Facebook page.

11. Privacy

Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used to administer the promotion, verify entries, conduct the draw and contact or announce the winner.

Personal information will not be used for marketing or disclosed to third parties except where necessary to administer the promotion, provide the prize or comply with the law.

By entering, entrants consent to their information being used for these purposes.

12. Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.

By entering, each entrant releases Facebook and Meta from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

13. General Conditions

The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify invalid entries.

If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as intended, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoter will retain the records required under Victorian trade-promotion laws for three years after the promotion is finalised.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
