Mallee Timber Swan Hill EOFY Tradie Pack Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Mallee Timber Swan Hill, Karinie Street, Swan Hill, Victoria.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on Monday 1 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
Entries received after the promotion closes will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to those aged 18 years and over.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who submits an invalid, incomplete, false or misleading entry.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to receive entries into the giveaway.
Facebook Entry
To receive a Facebook entry, entrants must:
Follow the Mallee Timber Swan Hill Facebook page; and
Comment on the official EOFY Giveaway post.
Only one Facebook bonus entry allocation is available per person.
Sharing the post is appreciated but is not required to enter and does not provide additional entries.
In-Store Purchase Entries
Entrants will receive one entry for every $100 spent in the Mallee Timber Swan Hill hardware store during the promotion period.
For example:
$100 spend = 1 entry
$200 spend = 2 entries
$350 spend = 3 entries
$1,000 spend = 10 entries
Qualifying spend is calculated after discounts and excludes freight.
Special orders are welcome and must be paid in full prior to 30 June 2026 to qualify. Special order lead times may exceed 30 June 2026.
5. Purchase Conditions and Exclusions
The following conditions apply to in-store purchase entries:
Freight is excluded from qualifying spend.
Timberyard products are not applicable.
Special orders are subject to availability at the Mallee Timber Swan Hill store.
Special orders must be paid in full before the end of the promotion period to qualify.
Entries are based on eligible hardware store purchases only.
The promoter reserves the right to determine whether a purchase qualifies for entry.
6. Prize
The prize is an EOFY Tradie Pack valued at approximately $3,500+, including items from Mallee Timber Swan Hill and participating local businesses.
The prize may include, but is not limited to:
Weber Spirit EX 315 LP Smart BBQ from Blue Sky Swan Hill, valued at $1,399
Yeti Roadie 15 Hard Cooler in Charcoal, valued at $299
Yeti Rambler 64oz Drink Bottle in Royal Blue, valued at $100
Aurora lawn care pack from Swan Hill Chemicals, valued at $188
105 medium coffees from Field of Beans / Holts Auto, valued at approximately $600
$300 smoko or catering voucher from Logan Street Corner Store

Additional items and extras as determined by the promoter
Prize values are approximate and based on information available at the time of promotion.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Any conditions attached to partner business prizes, vouchers, products or services will apply.
The prize must be accepted as awarded. If any prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with an item of similar value, where appropriate and subject to applicable laws.
8. Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.
The draw will take place after the promotion closes, at Mallee Timber Swan Hill or another location determined by the promoter.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry, which may include phone, email, Facebook message or other contact details available to the promoter.
The winner may also be announced on the Mallee Timber Swan Hill Facebook page.
By entering, entrants consent to the promoter using their name for the purpose of announcing the winner, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
10. Prize Collection
The prize must be collected from Mallee Timber Swan Hill unless otherwise agreed by the promoter.
Delivery or freight of the prize is not included unless expressly stated.
The promoter will work with the winner to arrange a suitable prize collection time.
11. Redraw
If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is deemed ineligible, or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period determined by the promoter, the promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
The redraw will be conducted using the same random draw method as the original draw.
12. Privacy
Entrant details will be collected and used for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying entries and contacting the winner.
Entrant information will not be shared with third parties except where required to administer the promotion, provide the prize, or as required by law.
By entering, entrants consent to their information being used for these purposes.
13. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Facebook and Meta from any responsibility in relation to the promotion.
14. General Conditions
The promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entries and amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as required by law.
